That’s completely okay. Starting therapy can feel like a big step. The free consultation is a chance to talk it through and explore what support might look like—with no pressure to commit.

Therapy is all about YOU and your life is bigger than just our work together. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, which we’ll review in your intake paperwork.
